Erika Weisenburger joins Wohler Realty Group as a Broker Assistant with five years of real estate related experience in property management, construction management, rentals and REO Real Estate. An outdoor enthusiast, Erika grew up enjoying Vermont winters and summers at her family’s second home near Stratton Mountain. Originally from Connecticut, Erika moved to the Stratton area to pursue her passion for real estate and the outdoors.
Erika has a strong commitment to community service and volunteers with a number of non- profit organizations including Amy’s Angels, a non-profit based in Simsbury, CT that provides assistance to individuals and their families dealing with debilitating effects of serious illness or injury. She is active with fundraising events including their Kentucky Derby party, Annual Gala, and 5k Run. During the summer, she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, helping restore and maintain properties in the Hartford area.
Multi-talented, Erika was awarded the Ensign-Darling Vocal Fellowship at the The Bushnell, in Hartford, CT as a jazz vocalist during High School. She is also an accomplished hockey competitor and has enjoyed coaching 5-6 year old “Mites” and hockey camps for all ages.
Erika’s enthusiasm for education and learning continues as she pursues her Vermont Real Estate license and her final semester of a 5 year degree at Providence College.In her free time, Erika loves spending time with friends and family, hiking with her dogs and skiing Vermont’s Mountains. Erika understands that the real estate business in Vermont is really about lifestyle. Having experienced what it’s like to travel every weekend and holiday to the Green Mountains, she appreciates what the area has to offer and the experiences her customers will have when they rent or own a special piece of Vermont.
